All of our operations are strictly compliant with ISO 9001: 2008 guidelines, and we implement inspections based on CMM inspection, spectrometers and MT testing equipment, X-ray.

Material report and dimention report will be sent to customers to confirm the goods condition before delivery, all goods would be approved to be qualified before delivery.

Die casting process

Die casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. The mold is created using two hardened tools steel dies which have been machined into shapre and work similarly to an injection mold during the process. Most die castings are made from non-ferrous metals, specifically zinc, aluminium, and copper.

Investment casting

Investment casting/ precision casting/ Lost wax casting process, can be extremely efficient process as less machining is required, which saves labor costs, and less alloy is wasted compared to other casting options as less material is used in the sprues and runners.
