Casting Process:

Investment casting (also called Precision Casting and lost wax casting) , is a process through which a mold is created around a pattern that is then melted out of the mold and replaced with molten metal. It is commonly used to produce high-strength and lightweight metal components with strict tolerance requirements.

We implement inspections based on CMM inspection, spectrometers and MT testing equipment, X-ray.
Material report and dimension report will be sent to customers to confirm the goods condition before delivery.
